So far I have just taken it out of the box to check the colour and see what it looks like, which appear ok and I like the colour medium grey, it seems easy to pull out and retract. Good ,product, realistic price. It was obviously well packaged at the start of its journey but by the time it got to me the packaging was pretty battered. Fortunately nothing broken. All the parts were there but I suspect that they had been stored for some time as rust spots were starting to appear on some of the poles. Easily brushed off but much longer and the rust would have taken hold. Haven't put it up yet but the instructions look pretty clear. We'll wait and see. Looks good and does the job keeping the sun off our patio doors. Seems sturdy and quite well made. Fairly easy to fit once I sourced a good quality 12mm masonry drill bit. Delivery via XPD was not a great experience, arrived without notice days after the estimated delivery date. Looked like it had been roughly handled, packaging was badly damaged on one end, but awning survived with only slight cosmetic mark on the end that isn't noticeable when installed.. Anonymous.
