It’s not the colour in the photo, more of a brown. It took hours to assemble due to the holes not lining up for the base of the chairs due to the wicker. I had to undo the arms I had already connected to create space and I’ve still had to miss the odd attachment because they won’t line up. For others who may be considering buying this, if you look at your standard dining chairs and shrink them by about 10% that should give you an idea of the size of the chairs. A good looking and very sturdy piece of garden furniture. As others have described, it can be a little awkward to assemble, but I did it on my own (4 hours) closely following the clear instructions. I found, as others found, the bolt through the seats to be most challenging. Needed to fabricate the 13mm socket with a piece of foam inside to stop the nut from going in too far, then I could bolt together, first without washer as bolt is short until seated, undo, add washer and bolt up again. Yes, I then needed a second person for turning it upright as it is too heavy to lift by one person once assembled! This bistro table is suited for 2 and great for any location, balconies included. Two pedestal sections are included to make either a low or standard height table. Manufactured in Italy from a high-quality mould using glass-fibre reinforced resin the table has integrated UV inhibitors and is low maintenance, simply wipe down with a cloth when required. The table arrives flat packed and the pedestal has an unseen metal rod through it's centre for stability. Able comfortably seat 4 people for dinner, designed for use either inside or outdoors. The top and table edge are both manufactured from hand laid marble stone tiles with grout in between. The table has steel legs with adjustable feet for uneven surfaces. Product requires minimal assembly, simply attach legs to the top using enclosed Allen key and fittings. - ASCOT Chair - This deep-seated chair has a strong steel frame and a decorative ornate back.
