Unfortunately, a couple of the chairs came damaged, probably from shipping but one of the chairs has a bent armrest with some broken paint was really hard to assemble and now that chair wobbles. I ordered these chairs as they appeared to be more substantial than others available and this was reflected in the extra cost. Regretfully due to poor packaging one arrived with substantial crack damage to one arm probably due to a combination of this poor packaging and courier mishandling. The carrier (Yodel) had actually put some of their packing tape on ther carton. I noticed on an earlier review that a customer had received the similar set with damage. I tried to report the damage to Yodel and found this to be a nightmare due to there being no clear way of identifying which number they required to identify the package. It was very difficult to tell which was which, so we had to start over once we realized one chair had the legs the wrong way.
