Was very well packaged, regular updates with dispatching and came on the day it was scheduled for, it was actually 2 hours earlier than the 2 hour slot I was expecting with DHL. Comes with a plug already attached but has instructions on how you should attach to mains electricity instead if you choose. The touch buttons are always lit up so you can see them in the dark, making it always easy to turn on.
