I ordered a photo ring binder with adhesive inserts and only received the inserts and no binder. I spoke to customer service who assured me a binder would be sent, but only another set of inserts have turned.up. I spoke to customer service again who said they would definitely send the binder out,I'm still waiting. This is poor service and was my 1st time of using wayfair, very disappointed. Anonymous. Please read full description before buying because as it was described as a photo album that is what I expected. It is just inside pages so really disappointed.
