It looks nice as a tub surround around my built-in tub. Does not look like tile, but it does look very nice. To avoid creases, I found it helpful to cut as close to size as possible, then put the decal sheet with the design side down on a flat surface, peel down the backing 4-6 inches, fold down and crease it, apply the top 4-6 inches of the decal and then keep peeling the backing and smoothing the design all the way to the bottom. It was easy to cut around corners, etc. which made the project manageable. The colors are understated, but that was the right look for my bathroom. I am very pleased with this product. Be aware that the decal is semi-transparent, so the colors will look different if you put it over a colored (non-white) surface. The vendor should make this clearer. I’m conflicted on how to review these. They are beautiful! They are really easy to bend with a ruler and are all uniform. Other reviewers said that was difficult but it was not. The only reason I did not give 55 was they DO NOT STICK TO THE WALL. Walls were cleaned, prepped like instructions say. They still did not stay. LOVE doesn’t describe how I feel about these decals! They are absolutely beautiful! I was so nervous to try them, and to have to cut them to fit where I needed, but they were so easy to apply! As long as you have a nice sharp razor cutting is easy as pie! They are shown for stairs, but I used them as a backsplash tile in my kitchen. So I guess they could be used anywhere you wish.. Curt.
