Thermal blackout roller blinds provide a practical and stylish window covering solution for bedrooms, nurseries, living rooms, home offices and other indoor spaces. Made from durable polyester fabric with a three-pass thermal blackout backing, these blinds help reduce unwanted sunlight, improve privacy and support a more comfortable indoor temperature throughout the year. The thermal insulated backing helps reduce heat entering the room during summer while helping retain warmth during colder months. The blackout fabric is ideal for bedrooms, children's rooms, nurseries and night-shift workers who need improved light control and privacy. Designed with a strong aluminium roller tube, the blind can be trimmed to achieve a better fit for your window. It can be installed inside or outside the window recess using the included fittings. Widths from 60cm to 180cm use a durable 25mm metal tube with approximately 0.6mm thickness, while widths greater than 180cm use a stronger 38mm metal tube with approximately 0.8mm thickness. The stated blind width includes the fittings, therefore the fabric itself will be approximately 3.5cm narrower than the overall blind width. Only marked down a star due to the colour not quite being as it appeared online, Cappuccino colour appears to have a little lemon hue to it? - but will reserve full judgement until they are installed.. A bit of an odd design, but it sticks just fine to most window shapes and keeps out 90% of the light. Still would say its best to use a curtain in addition to these but overall, the blind works for us.. Anonymous. Sun Jun 25 2023

It is room darkening with a draw cord and is made from 100% polyester.

Luckily the set up was straight forward (instructions were in German, but had pictures). I have used the blind on the opening window on a door. The clamps that hold it onto the frame stick out more than I expected and one in particular is close to the door handle and scratches my hand when I lift the handle. The operation of the blind is easy and it covers the window well- blocking out the light and reducing the cold feel from the glass. Overall really happy with my purchase .. Sarah. Frodsham, GB. The easy-to-clean material is easily mounted with a clamping carrier system, which fits standard window frame thicknesses the silver-coloured aluminium back with heat and cold-reflecting properties making it possible to darken the living room in an energy-saving way, neither in summer nor in winter. In addition, you can not only darken rooms perfectly at any time but guarantee this roller blind also provides privacy. Thanks to another feature that pays off especially in the bathroom and in the kitchen, you can enjoy its great practicality and ease of use in damp rooms. All highlights at a glance. This roller blind is made from 100% polyester with silver-coloured light stop coating on the back. Selectable seam thicknesses 1-2cm. Window, door, wall mounting set include clamping carrier without drilling, screw set for drilling as an alternative how to measure correctly. On the window frame, measure from the middle of the frame on the left to the middle of the frame on the right, this results in the order width. Please make sure to check whether the fabric can run past the window handle. In order to cover the pane completely, however, the width should be at least 4cm wider than the pane. In front of the window niche, first, measure the niche width. To cover the entire window niche, order a roller blind that is approximately 20cm wider. The height can be measured from the ceiling to the window sill or, if desired, to a lower point. How to measure correctly, please use only fixed measuring tapes. The width measurement for roller blinds is the so-called pin measurement. The pin size is wider than the fabric size, so the fabric will be approx. The 4cm is narrower than the ordered roller blind width. The maximum depth of the window frame must not exceed 2cm and not be less than 1cm without a seal to the total width of the roller blind. The fabric width is approx 4cm narrower than the indicated total width. If the roller blind shutters, hooks when pulling down, please check whether you are pointing the mouth, the open part of the head of the chain hoist outwards correctly that the chain blocks. If so, please turn the head of the chain hoist until the open part is covered, then the problem is solved.

just the pull chain to short for a 2 metres done blind but i like the blind so i change the chain myself to a longer one. Soul4you. Enniscorthy, Wex. Thu Sep 29 2022

Roller blinds are made of a textile fabric and can be wound up and down through a metal shaft. Roller blinds create a cosy and homely interior. The side-pull roller blind is one of the most valued interior sun protection systems. The blind is operated via a side pulley with a ball chain. This brings the shaft easily and steplessly to the desired extension length. The roller blind can be attached to the wall or ceiling with the included blind mount and the chain hoist can be mounted on the right as well as on the left side. The friendly and bright colours of our fabric selection give you plenty of scope to realise your creative space ideas. The chain hoist can be mounted on the right side as well as on the left side. Please note: There must always be two to three rolls of fabric on the roller blind shaft as the fabric is glued to the shaft. It is possible for the fabric to come off the shaft if the roller blind is lowered all the way down. However, the indicated length is always guaranteed. Mounting options: Wall mounting, ceiling mounting, clamping carrier mounting (clamping carriers are sold separately) Please note that the fabric is approx. 2cm narrower than the indicated order width. The carrier exterior (fully mounted roller blind) is approx. 3cm larger than the order width.
