Love these shelf’s, something different about them and look great in my livingroom

Looks very nice up. Although it comes flat pack. The back isn't enclosed so you can see your wall when you open the cupboard. Not soft close.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered mirrored cabinet on 16/08/24 and was given the estimated delivery date of 20/08/24, however there was no updates or information given past the order confirmation. Order didn’t arrive when estimated, no updates given. (Website kept saying 20/08/24 as delivery date) Really difficult to get in contact with a Wayfair representative to find out what was happening. No clear ways to contact Wayfair. When I did manage to get in contact via WhatsApp, I felt like I was speaking to a robot and again was given no clear information. When the order did finally arrive (28/0824), parts of the cabinet were faulty. The hinge bracket to attach to the mirrored door, was broken on arrival. (Manufacturing problem) Had to request a replacement part, then was informed that the replacement would not be dispatched until 04/09/24 and potentially delivered on the 09/09/24. Only time will tell if the replacement part will come when expected and be in working order.

Cabinet is exactly as described, spacious and easy to install. Delivery on the other hand was horrendous. Delivered more than a week late.
