Very pleased with the quality of the door. Heavy and a nice subtle grain. Less pleased with the packaging though. We had to return the first door as the corners were inadequately protected, with just an L-shaped piece of thin plastic that didn’t even cover the faces of the door. There was a no quibble return, but the replacement door was also damaged, although not as badly. Again, the same inadequate corner protectors had been used. As our builders were about to finish we had no choice but to accept the door in order for it to be fitted. Fortunately we were able to disguise the worst of the damage, but a simple change to the packaging could have saved all the hassle and waste. Fortunately Wayfair very generously discounted the final price so we were satisfied with the overall customer service, and would use again.
