Internal Glazed White Primed Cottage (4 X Z Brace)

If you have a period home or would like to give your modern home a more rustic feel then these doors are great! The quality is pretty good, I ordered 3, one without glass, 2 both. One of the glass doors were unfortunately damaged on receipt but that wouldn’t put me off ordering these again, damage in transit can undoubtedly happen.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When the door itself finally arrived it is actually a nice door. So this review is not a reflection of the door itself, but of Wayfair’s customer service. The first door delivered was the incorrect door so I contacted Wayfair who arranged for a new door to be delivered and the incorrect item to be collected. Wayfair arranged the collection from the incorrect address which I didn’t find out about until the evening before and it was too late to contact anyone about this. I got in touch with Wayfair the next morning at 7am. They apologised advised they’d cancel the collection and rearrange as it was too late to amend the address. Except they didn’t cancel the collection and I had to have a telephone conversation with the delivery driver of the collection van who had no idea why he was at the wrong house. I then had to speak to Wayfair twice more in order to get a new collection date because it was never rearranged. I’ve raised a complaint and have still received no response. I would seriously advice anyone against using Wayfair in future, truly the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

A great cottage door at a great price. Marked 4 out of 5 as some cracks in the wood but doesn’t really matter it’s not structural

Very pleased with door it looks absolutely lovely, we have it between the dining room and the kitchen. Everybody who visits always compliments about it.
