Dreadful service - finally arrived 2 weeks later than date I was given. Was told it would be here yesterday afternoon/evening so changed my plans to be here - nothing. Today it was just left outside my door, delivery man didn’t even ring the doorbell - thank goodness it wasn’t raining and I was home but as a 73 year old with a bad back it was an arduous task to get it in the house! Unpacked the boxes and surprise surprise the unit is not the same colour as I ordered, the marble top is quite different too and there’s a sizeable chip in the edge of it!! Wish I’d never bought from Wayfair - certainly won’t be doing again and will be phoning them to see what happens next!!. Gwen. Holyhead, GB. Sun Jan 25 2026

Lovely item, arrived ahead of scheduled date. Very helpful, friendly delivery driver. Good size storage cupboard for all the usual bathroom cleaners etc. I am pleased with the appearance of the item, however not 100% sure that it's the solid oak that the description claims it to be, but as its white does not detract from the look. The onyx top and basin lovely!!!. Teresa. Lavant Chichester, GB. Wed Feb 12 2020
