It was very easy to put together with a wall plug. Has to wait around a month for delivery. However, the delivery company took few more extra days to deliver and hard to get hold of the delivery company. Only one way of communication with them. Nonetheless, Wayfair customer services have been very helpful and answer the phone and try to sort the issue out. Overall, Im satisfied with everything.. Amila. Amesbury Salisbury, GB. Fire is lovely. Expected to do more assembly but it was really just the trim. Manual controls hard to find. Well hidden on right side (not left as instructions state). Anonymous. Thu Nov 30 2023
