The product features an off-white MDF surround and an electric fire unit with an amazingly realistic flame effect. The fire uses 100% LED lighting and has a range of flame effect settings and brightness/intensity options. The lighting, flame effect settings, and heater can be used together and independently. Due to the LED technology, the fireplace is low cost to run when using the flame and lighting effects – less than £4 per year if used for 5 hours per day. The mood lighting allows the user to choose from 13 different stationary colors- including an option that cycles slowly through the colors. The product comes with a digital LCD remote control which includes a seven-day programmer, a thermostat with a display, a room-temperature sensor, open window detection, and adaptive start control (turns on the heater to warm the room ready for the programmed start time). The fire surround is great quality with the added bonus of a remote, colour mood lighting function, the option to change the colour of the fire bed. There is a choice of 3 flame colours. A choice of pebbles, logs or crystals, depending on your preference. I use the small pebbles and real kindling with the addition of small logs in the recess to create a more realistic look. It was relatively easy to assemble. It depends on where you want it placed on the wall we managed to hide the socket in the recess so there is no cable showing which made the process a little longer to put on the wall. The cable is however white which could run along a skirting board to hide and was quite a long cable. It was quick delivery also.. Janice. Moreton In Marsh. Mon Sep 28 2026
