Absolutely stunning item. My only complaint is the back board, it’s made from what seems to be polystyrene and that is flimsy. I’d also be weary about it getting hot.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 09 2026

Very pleased indeed with this Adur 132cm fireplace. You can change the settings for different flame effects and different coloured lights, it's very easy to install, it provides decent heat, comes with remote control and love that you can also control it fully, using the app on your phone. Unfortunately the top of our fireplace had a very small bit of damage however doesn't affect its use in any way and Wayfair were quick in offering a resolution and we were offered a very reasonable partial refund to keep it, otherwise could have returned it, very happy with our purchase and with the service from Wayfair. The fire surround is great quality with the added bonus of a remote, colour mood lighting function, the option to change the colour of the fire bed. There is a choice of 3 flame colours. A choice of pebbles, logs or crystals, depending on your preference. I use the small pebbles and real kindling with the addition of small logs in the recess to create a more realistic look. It was relatively easy to assemble. It depends on where you want it placed on the wall we managed to hide the socket in the recess so there is no cable showing which made the process a little longer to put on the wall. The cable is however white which could run along a skirting board to hide and was quite a long cable. It was quick delivery also.. Janice. Moreton In Marsh. Mon Sep 28 2026
