Overall very pleased with this as a replacement tap for an old Bristan which had broken down and was leaking. Plumber had to do some minor pipe work alterations for repair but pleased with result, a good solid well built tap. Only negative is the pop-up waste is does not come apart for cleaning unlike my old one so will have to purchase a spout brush or similar for cleaning down the plug hole but the waste is included in the price anyway.. This tap set looks really neat on our en-suite basin. I like the fact that the basin plug pull is in the centre tap. The fitting instructions were minimal; it was necessary to cut through the copper pipe joining the 3 items, as they were too widely spaced for our 3 holes. Otherwise, fitting was straightforward. 4 Hole bath tap mixer - really looks the part, feels like quality. Unfortunately there is a manufacturing fault whereby the diverter doesn't fully divert. When the tap is running the handset leaks, and vice versa. Have had three of these now and same issue. Currently arguing with the manufacturer because I have no bath taps to match my sink and shower!
