This is a lovely piece of furniture at a great price - the fireplace is big and the 3 options are quite beautiful. I only tried the heating to make sure it worked but I don’t use it as heating so can’t comment on that. Material is not great but considering the price, it’s great value for money. I had an issue with damaged parts but costumer service was amazing, prompt and swiftly resolution. This fire is lovely very mesmerising and is an asset to any front room. But alas the surrounding mantle is not high quality it is unfortunately rough/ unfinished on top not smooth - I don’t even think it has a protective layer on top to prevent scuffing so you may need buy a glass top protector.
