Instructions not very clear, but once you can get its easy. Looks very good but it would be better if the fire could be fixed on the frame. Its very easy to fall like this. Other than that it looks very good.. Anonymous. Fri May 24 2024

Very happy with this fire, the flame is more realistic than we have had before and we like that you can see this through the sides as well as the front. This fire is lovely very mesmerising and is an asset to any front room. But alas the surrounding mantle is not high quality it is unfortunately rough/ unfinished on top not smooth - I don’t even think it has a protective layer on top to prevent scuffing so you may need buy a glass top protector. Delivery was a nightmare late and delivered upside down .. Madeline. Dartford, GB. Fri Sep 04 2026
