All arrived safely and well protected. Unfortunately, the cistern did not match or fit the basin correctly. One of the components was clearly incorrect. I am now waiting to see how well Wayfair reacts to my problem. So far, I have been very pleased with other purchases from them. I would recommend that if buying this product, you realise that the seat and floor fixing bolts are not included automatically. Since posting the above, I can confirm that the correct product has been received and the discrepancy was dealt with efficiently. I remain a satisfied Wayfair customer.. Green Fingers.
