The fire is great! However I have more appreciation and respect for the Wayfair Customer Care service. The package came with a lot of damage to the box and I thought it prudent to report this before taking the fire out the packaging. The response and support throughout was great, photos were uploaded of all the packaging damage and the Customer Care team where there every step of the way. The Bourne low level (for TV mounting above) electric suite is finished in a textured white and grey. Featuring a contemporary widescreen electric fire with 1KW - 2KW heat output. This suite is ready built and a flat wall fix for an easy installation.

I brought this and its lovely although not in place properly yet an due to old fireplace. it was old fashioned and council so my wall needs some alterations .only had fire in use less than week well apart from heating as I.m having trouble working out the setting 4 it it keeps switching off. an I have mark on fire already.the white coating isn't as it looks.its like a rough pebble feel.other than that very nice and pleased.of wasn't so delicate and awkward to work out it would be 5 star. Absolutely splendid. When it first arrived, I begged Wayfair to take it back. My living room is very bijou and I felt it was a dominating presence However, now it is up and running, it certainly earns its place centre stage.
