A nice addition to our conservatory, adds a lovely warming atmosphere. Unfortunately there is a mark on one of the sides that I can’t seem to get rid of, it’s like a patch (about the size of a satsuma) where the finish looks different, which is disappointing and though it might not be immediately obvious to others I know it’s there and wish I could fix it!. We bought this originally as a temporary replacement for our gas fire that had just been removed, however the fire looks great in the room, it has a sensor which allows you to set what temperature you want the room to be so it only fires up when the room falls below that temperature, it’s also remote controlled so you don’t even have to get of your chair. Surprised to receive the parcel carefully delivered 4 days earlier than advised. Lightweight fire tested briefly and all works well.
