Kannon Outdoor Urn Planter

I am having to return these as they were not the quality that i was expecting, i arranged a return online and printed a label and packed up these items and tried to deliver the parcel for returning to 4 different DHL collection and return points but no one would accept my parcel. I rang and spoke to your customer services and i want to give a very good shout out to the person who sorted out everything for me! She has arranged for a collection FOC from my address for tomorrow. I am very grateful and would like to recommend her service and excellent attitude.
