Delivered very quickly. A couple of small issues with the condition. A small scratch/chip by the leg of the table and one of the chairs had a rough edge. Waiting to see how Wayfair deal with this. Fairly simple to build but takes 2 to hold together whilst someone puts the screws in. On the whole good value

Lovely table! The quality is great and I was so pleased with the purchase. The only comment that I would add is there was a very small dent in the wood in the part that folds, so when the table is folded it's visible but not when the table is open.
