I purchased this order, and there were missing parts, but I thought this would be okay. After a month the cover started to break and because I agreed to accept it with the missing parts, they were unable to replace the cover under the insurance for this. Although this Tunnel Greenhouse is okay, it is not very sturdy and not worth the money. The pegs to hold the Tunnel in place is flimsy. The string on the sides to hold it in place is also flimsy and breaks easily. A little bit of wind and the string breaks. If you put stronger string on (like I did) the sides on the cover get pulled out. If you purchase, and the item is missing any parts or has any faults whatsoever, it is advisable to immediately return and get your money back / replacement. The Holkham is a classic greenhouse available in a range of sizes to suit everyone; the painted finish really makes this a stunning feature. A wooden greenhouse has many advantages for gardeners and will also provide you with a relaxing environment to potter in. Featuring Shire's quality joinery, 34 x 58 mm framing and completed with an attractive finial and cresting to the roof, the Holkham is both practical as well as charming. The low wooden panels also add a very traditional detail to this lovely building. The greenhouse is glazed with toughened glass and has a single door with traditional gate latch handle. Roof windows have an automatic Bayliss opener supplied. The number of opening roof windows per model is, one in the 4 x 6, two in a 6 x 8, three in a 6 x 12 and four in a 6 x 16. As usual with a greenhouse, no floor is supplied and the greenhouse sits on a pressure treated base rail. The paint option is a 4-step, fully ‘factory applied’ paint process for exterior joinery including Pre-Treatment, a First Coat, a Mid-Coat and a final Topcoat, all of which are spray applied. This handy shed is manufactured from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, European pine cladding boards over 34mm square framing with OSB roof and floor. With twelve fixed, acrylic windows that can go either side. Dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

I would give this greenhouse 5 stars if I could, but it was quite difficult to assemble and needed both myself and my husband. It took us a weekend to complete it. You also need to build a base if not included. The result is a lovely little greenhouse and it has stood up to the winds and gales we have had recently. We did reinforce the panels with glass tape and so far we have had no leaks, also the window has a very strange closing. Bigger than we thought, we put it up dug trenches for the flaps laid wood and bricks on the flaps, before filling up the trenches. We had gailforce winds the same night and the following day and night. The poly tunnel is still standing. We will be placing a wind breaker around it to ensure it stays up. So far happy - but it has not been a week yet. Could do with some pegs to secure the base, none are supplied. Not too hard to assemble, hardest part was preparing the foundations and then burying and and securing the flaps. Not doing this properly may leave your poly tunnel compromised. Once erected, this is a good shed / greenhouse - however, be prepared to improvise during construction as some of the instructions are not clear, so someone with experience to construct it is recommended. The quality of the timber is relatively low grade, with unfinished edges etc, and construction is not brilliant - much of it banged together with nails, some of which had to be hammered all the way in. The timber is dyed but NOT treated with preservative so this has to be done prior to construction. You will need mastic to seal the windows, and additional screws - we put extra ones in all around both the shed and greenhouse to give it additional strength, and used some additional timber to give it additional rigidity, to level up the greenhouse, and also seal a gap under the door etc. We bought better clout nails to put on the roofing felt as the ones supplied are quite small. The delivery company were excellent, and the driver helpfully brought it around into the garden for us (it was a one man, kerb side drop which is not what we were told by Wayfair). But all in all, we are pleased with the overall result and it looks very good in the garden. Planning to use teak oil following application of wood preservative to give it additional protection..
