First of all, I read previous reviews before ordering and the main complaint is that the instructions are difficult to understand or inaccurate. After receiving the shed, I found the instructions very intuitive. They are on A5 so quite small but as long as you test fit the pieces before fixing parts together, you will see pretty quickly if the orientation is incorrect. If you are unsure, read ahead a couple of pages and everything should make sense. Assembled on my own in a few hours, and really happy with the quality of the shed. This shed looks great once built, however when delivered some parts were damaged, had white paint and screws in parts that didnt require it, but speaking to wayfair customer service they managed to sort something out for us. Whilst building the shed the small panel was uneven and made the overal roof uneven when putting boards on top but as we decided to change the direction of the roof slant, we managed to cover it with the roof felt which doesnt look so bad, once covered. The shed does require you to put silicone on the windows which you have to purchase seperatly but overall once built looks great, and as a bonus has a key lock for extra protection. I am so happy I chose Power Sheds. It’s been a quality experience from day 1. I was a little worried on the day since my shed hadn’t arrived by 4pm but a quick call to a very polite gentleman at Power Sheds reassured me and it arrived as promised. Onto the build: instructions are very clear and the video is really useful. All the fixings eg screws are quality and the timber all fabulous quality too. Put up a 7x5 pent in about 3 hours with help from my wife to position the panels. Longest job was putting on the roof felt but it was relatively easy. Was a bit sceptical reading some of the reviews and when it was delivered I thought it looked very flimsy. The instructions weren't powerful at times hard to see which direction the items were to be assembled. But along with the video we managed to construct the shed. It took us about 7 hours one day to build the shed including the roof. Then the second day approx. 2 hours for the doors and the finishing edges, screw covers etc and floor supports. All in all I'm rather impressed with the finished product although the door height is a little low, but it was going on a raised platform so didn't really cause any issues for me. Very easy to erect and quick decent quality for the price. Although the base is poor using small batton as a base is rubbish so I used 4” 2” to give it more of a Sturdy base most of the batton supplied was damaged anyway only due to large knots in it. The instructions are generic which is a bit rubbish but commence prevailed. The delivery was TERRIBLE the delivery time was a month and wayfair sent me an email stating it will be delivered on a certain date so I took a day off work and had tree surgeons booked to remove a hedge so I could get the large shed in, unfortunately the delivery company came 2 days earlier so the hedge was still up and the shed couldn’t be delivered and then told redelivery will be in two weeks so not very impressed I was very close to cancelling if I’m honest. But couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. So that been said the shed is great but the base is rubbish as it comes so buy some decent timber for the base. Stuart. North Curry Taunton, GB. This Pent shed is a very practical design and manufactured from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, North European pine overlap cladding boards over sturdy 34mm square framing with OSB roof and floor. No windows for extra security. Dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
