First of all 5 stars and more to Wayfair especially to Lucy in customer services for sorting out the issues we had with the summer house. Summer house arrived on time. Good communication from the delivery company regarding emails and text messages - no problems until we started to check the package. So due to the issues we had I am only giving the summer house 3 stars at a push simply for the quality of the summerhouse. Sadly the workmanship is a little poor, nails either too far in creating holes for you to fill with wood filler, or nails that need an hammer to tap in but not all can be tapped in due to how near the nails are to the windows. (Windows are perspex and not glass). Nails sticking out here there and everywhere. Arrived with some parts damaged, 1 x window dropped out as it wasnt nailed in (nails missing). Bits of wood broken and cracked which we managed to sort. Instructions are pretty poor but we are skilled people so we did work it out eventually. Panels arrived with nails in wrong places or nails cracking the wood nails also where they shouldn't be so had to be cut off using a dremel (couldn't hammer them back out due to the angle they had been put in during the manufacturing process). We bought extra sanding sheets and wood filler before painting it. The reason we didn't send it back was due to the fact we do actually love it and it was the correct and perfect size for our small garden. Took roughly 3 to 4 hours to put up and took around 3 coats of paint over a few days. Rang Wayfair and supplied them with plenty of photos of the damages and flaws. Designed for easy self-assembly, the 12 Ft. W x 10 Ft. D power Apex can be installed how you want by allowing you to place the door and windows (unless ordered windowless) in any position. The door can be placed in any position on any side, which you can choose as you’re assembling the building. This is a premium quality shed with high grade timber sourced from the finest Scandinavian forests. It is tongue and groove throughout giving you a garden shed which will last for many years.

Made in the UK, this well designed garden shed is ideal for all your tools, lawn mowers, bikes and toys but would also make an excellent workshop. This practical Pent Shed has a joinery quality, storm resistant, opening, toughened glass window to the front of the building which is interchangeable left to right with the door. Both roof and floor are manufactured from 12mm T&G boards. The wall cladding is 12mm slow grown, very high grade FSC approved pine on sturdy 34mm square framing. The framed double door is completed with a rim lock. Roof felt, assembly instructions and a fixing kit are also provided. The shed is finished with a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment ready for top coating immediately on installation in your choice of wood paint or stain. The stylish Lela Summerhouse is a valuable addition to your outdoor living - this modern garden room is perfect for summer dining and relaxing. With an eaves height of around 7 ft high, the Lela provides a very comfortable, spacious interior. The joinery made double doors are fitted with a mortice lock. The windows are fixed and all glazing is acrylic for your safety. The building is constructed on 34 mm square framing and clad with planed shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, FSC approved, slow grown pine. The floor and roof are 12mm matching T&G boards and the roof comes with roof felt supplied. Dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. As an assembly it is very good. The watch outs are the base and roof. The base, the joists are off centre meaning if you put noggings in they’re all different sizes. The roof is decent enough but again odd amounts of overhang from the misaligned joists, the structure is solid enough, however I have reinforced the floor and roof with 18mmOSB which has firmed it up significantly.
