This electric mini oven takes up minimal room thanks to its compact design, so it’s great if you’re lacking space in the kitchen. Just like a regular oven, it’ll heat all sorts of foods by roasting, grilling and baking and will even heat up sauces, stews and other foods with the two hot plates, which each feature three temperature settings. The oven will heat up to 230° like most standard ovens for equally good results, and the dials are nice and easy to use. I was going to give it 3 stars but I have used it a bit more and find the unit works very well for items like 'sauteing' cherry tomatoes in a drop or two of olive oil as well as a quick toasting of the wide sourdough bread slices. I put 1 or 2 dishes on top of it so plates get warm. Controls are clear. The door on the old toaster oven [ I still have ] is connected to the grill pan so it came out when the door was lowered, making removing hot food a lot easier.
