This mattress is amazing. It arrived in a box as stated and I opened it and put it on the base as suggested. It was vacuum sealed which made it easy enough for one person to get out. The mattress came with its own tool to cut the plastic off. As I got halfway through cutting the plastic the mattress sprung to life. Excellent service overall. The courier arrived promptly, communicated well, and handled the delivery with care. The mattress itself is of outstanding quality — thick, heavy, and clearly built to a high standard. However, due to its weight and structure, I don’t deem it to be foldable in a flat, so buyers should be aware of this when planning placement or storage. Despite this, the delivery experience and product quality were both impressive. I’m disappointed that the mattress didn’t come with a cover, as this would minimise the risk of damage and stains..
