This mattress is amazing. It arrived in a box as stated and I opened it and put it on the base as suggested. It was vacuum sealed which made it easy enough for one person to get out. The mattress came with its own tool to cut the plastic off. As I got halfway through cutting the plastic the mattress sprung to life.
