It's low maintenance, needing only a wipe down with a damp, soft brush or cloth every now and then to keep it looking brand new. The rattan has been hand woven over a light metal frame making it lightweight and easy to move around. The metal feet are strong, durable and made for leaving outdoors all year round. The natural cushions are 5cm thick on the seat which provides comfortable support for you and your guests. The cushions are UV resistant so the colour won't fade. They are splash proof so if any spills occur, pick up the cushion and give it a firm pat on the underside to encourage the droplets to roll off. I contacted Wayfair because the description said that cushions weren’t included, but I couldn’t understand why there was an option to choose colour if they weren’t included. They have said it can be returned without charge if there aren’t cushions included. When the bench itself arrived, without cushions, it is just slats of untreated pine with no colour.
