Amazingly easy to adjust, cut and fit....I admit I was dubious as to how strong it would be as it was fragile looking in photo, but a few drilled holes later and I am stunned how solid it is and the weight it can hold. When I finished it, I noticed it properly and reported the issue, only to be told they are blaming me for the damage because I should have seen it earlier. As the pictures show, this is not damage from assembly, but customer support chose to claim it must have been (or could have been) from assembly so they won’t do anything.
