The click-clack mechanism is smooth and straightforward — no faffing about trying to wrestle it into position. One minute it’s a tidy sofa, next minute it’s a proper bed ready for guests. I was able to choose the delivery date which was convenient. I received a confirmation email followed by a reminder before the delivery date. The day before I received notice of the time for the 3 hour slot. On the day I was contacted by the driver to say he would be there in half an hour and he was. We paid to have it delivered to a room and all that happened as expected. My husband unpacked it and it was assembled within half an hour. I was nervous because I had never bought from Wayfair before. I bought the chaise because I have sciatica and I need to lay flat to relieve the pain. I was a bit concerned that this chaise was much cheaper than many others and that it might be a bit fragile or the fabric might be an odd colour but honestly it is really stable, it looks really good and the seat is supportive yet comfy. Firstly, amazing delivery thank you Wayfair, and DHL, so quick. The modular chair with no arms is absolutely stunning. No smell, it inflated straight way, obviously I’m leaving it for 4/5 days so it takes shape 100%. I honestly 100% can recommend this piece of furniture. I cleared my lounge, put my cats in another room, just incase the chair inflated aggressively, I’ve seen some videos on YouTube, and it’s knocked people and furniture over, but honestly that wasn’t the case, but I do advise pets in another room and clear some space as you have to roll it out then cut the plastic and the woohoo it inflates. Very happy with the product. More sturdier than I expected. I found the assembly instruction relatively easy to follow. However the holes between one piece to another didn’t align as well as they should have, this is what took time. Had they aligned I would have done it in Less than half hour.
