I would have given a five star but mop is a bit too heavy for me, that being said, I had amazing help from head office from a chap called Oliver. So I decided on this model because of the hand held feature. I also bought my daughter the same mop for her birthday and she would give a 5. I was so shocked by the amount of dirt was on the mop head, no streaks and it drys so fast. I have used it as a had held to clean around my loos. In fact I did whole house and apart from weight , can’t fault it.. Fiona63. Camelford, Cornwall. Fri Aug 28 2026

Great mop and great that you can flip the cleaning pad to continue mopping or use it to dry the floor you’ve just steamed. Handy to throw the pad into the wash after use. Just wish steam mops could be cordless, plugging in and trailing the lead around is a bit annoying but I like cleaning the floors with steam so can’t complain. Marion. Glasgow. Mon Jun 09 2025

Glide from carpets to hard floors with DuoClean. Two motorised brush-rolls work together in one floorhead. A bristle brush-roll cleans deep into carpet pile while a soft front brush-roll draws in large debris and small particles and lifts fine, stuck-on dust from hard floors. Great for homes with a mix of floor types. Enhanced with Anti Hair Wrap Technology. Tired of removing tangled hair from your vacuum’s brush-roll? A bristle-guard and comb actively removes long, short and pet hair from the bristle brush-roll as you clean, sucking it straight up into the dust cup and helping to keep your brush-roll tangle-free. Easily clean under furniture with Flexology. At the touch of a button, this flexible wand bends to reach underneath low-lying beds, sofas and coffee tables with no need to lift them. Signature LED headlights in the floorhead help to illuminate hidden dust. When you’ve finished cleaning, fold down for compact freestanding storage. Not just for floors. Transform into a lightweight handheld cleaner to clean stairs, soft furnishings and more. A precision nozzle lets you tackle on-the-spot cleans without an attachment, while a Crevice Tool and Multi-Surface Tool in the box give you extra versatility. Attach the wand in handheld mode to effortlessly reach ceilings, curtains and light fittings. Easily move around your home with swivel steering and an extra-long 10m cord.

Amazing hoover. Abit top heavy so doesn't stand well. Needs to lean against something. However the quality of the hoover out ways this. No hair gets in the brush. The filter has two sections. One only collects hair and the other the dust and dirt. Even if your carpet looks clean ,it sucks up stuff you'd never see. Love it. Long cord too which helps. You can switch from carpet to floor mode. And it's not too loud either. Would recommend. Anonymous. Dundee, GB. Fri May 29 2026

My only regret is not buying the Hydrovac before now. I’ll never get back those months/years hoovering and then steaming my tiled ground floor. This cleaner takes hours off my housework and is a joy to use. It’s a smart, compact little machine that couldn’t be easier to operate and the results are amazing. My tiled floor has NEVER looked so good with so little effort. It is easy to quickly clean and empty after use. Occasionally I’ll run a self clean mode but it’s really just as easy and more satisfying to empty the dirty water out and rinse the roller in preparation for the next time I need to use it. I now look forward to cleaning my floors where once it was the Bain of my life.. Lozz. Lincoln. Wed Aug 19 2026

Beautiful looking vacuum..love the girly pink look. Also built well feels high quality and does the job perfectly for a small studio with hard floors.. Suction is not the best but works wonderfully still for the price. Anonymous. Sat Jun 13 2026
