I was able to choose the delivery date which was convenient. I received a confirmation email followed by a reminder before the delivery date. The day before I received notice of the time for the 3 hour slot. On the day I was contacted by the driver to say he would be there in half an hour and he was. We paid to have it delivered to a room and all that happened as expected. My husband unpacked it and it was assembled within half an hour. I was nervous because I had never bought from Wayfair before. I bought the chaise because I have sciatica and I need to lay flat to relieve the pain. I was a bit concerned that this chaise was much cheaper than many others and that it might be a bit fragile or the fabric might be an odd colour but honestly it is really stable, it looks really good and the seat is supportive yet comfy. Cracking bit of kit, does exactly what it says on the tin. Really impressed with this sofa bed. Bought it as a compact option for a spare space, and it’s turned out to be a bit of a hidden gem. The click-clack mechanism is smooth and straightforward — no faffing about trying to wrestle it into position. One minute it’s a tidy sofa, next minute it’s a proper bed ready for guests. Ideal for those “oh… you’re staying over?” moments. Comfort-wise, it punches above its weight. The high-density foam gives it decent support whether you’re sat watching telly or stretched out for the night. The adjustable back is a nice touch too — handy for finding that sweet spot when you just want to kick back. Appalling quality. Countless splits in the wood. No edges have been sanded so lots of splinters while assembling. Took me (a qualified carpenter) over 4 hours to get together. Also to top it off there were some screw holes missing and some that don't line up. Also pretty much all of the joints don't tighten up nicely. However, due to its weight and structure, I don’t deem it to be foldable in a flat, so buyers should be aware of this when planning placement or storage. Despite this, the delivery experience and product quality were both impressive. I’m disappointed that the mattress didn’t come with a cover, as this would minimise the risk of damage and stains..
