Really impressed with this bed. It was very easy to assemble, with clear instructions and all the parts fitted together perfectly. The bed is lovely once assembled and looks very well in the room. However, when I was putting it together, discovered that there was a significant piece missing (a corner bracket which holds the the bed together.) I contacted Customer service who said they would put me in touch with the manufacturer which could take up to 48 hours. I went to my local Woodies and managed to find a piece that would work as a substitute. By the time I received an email from the manufacturer, I had completed assembling the bed the previous day.
