I absolutely adore the design of the dresser and love how it’s turned out. It did take me quite a long time (understatement) for me to put it together and the instructions definitly could have been a little clearer, particularly at some points where they seem to add a lot of stages together (I.e. step 12 is clear but then step 13 has several steps in one… ). Colour was slightly darker than expected, but overall pretty happy with the product. The individual parts did feel a bit flimsy during build, but all came together nicely and is sturdy once built. When I started constructing this piece of furniture I noted that there were a couple of chips in the veneer. I was unhappy with this but decided I didn't think they were unsightly enough to warrant returning the whole piece of furniture. I complained through Wayfair and Birlea who produce the item responded very quickly and professionally. I discussed with them what I felt a reasonable fair resolution would would be and they agreed immediately without argument. I feel the level of customer service was very good (particularly compared to recent experiences I've had with other furniture retailers such as Sofology), and I would happily buy other products from them in future.
