We have used only Kenwood for many years my wife is a cake artist and has 3. Our Kenwood major failed and I bought my wife this as a replacement. I was concerned as the motor power was less than a third of the Kenwood but as it turned out this was not a problem, It is certainly a better looking mixer but also much quieter with a more solid feel, I was expecting my wife to say it was not as good as her previous one, however she sung its praises first few mixes are perfect with the planetary action being very thorough. I chose this product for its competitive price compared to other similar but more expensive ones. When it arrived, I didn't find the wooden stick inside and I had to buy it by spending more money.
