Haven't had the slow cooker long but instantly realise it is a big step up from my previous one (which to be fair was half the price). The quality of the pan seems good and I suspect will last a long time without degradation. Whereas my previous slow cooker had options of sauté, low/high and warm the GreenPan cooker does allow more manipulation of temperature - and time. Early day but impressed so far.. Nial. London. A roasting pan must not be missing in any kitchen – no other vessel is better for frying or stewing. Anyone who has ever enjoyed a tender leg of lamb cooked in red wine will appreciate a good braiser. The multi-braiser is made of high-quality stainless steel. Thanks to the Sigma Classic base with aluminium core, it is suitable not only for the oven but also for all types of stoves including induction – it is a true all-rounder. Sigma Classic technology is also found in the lid, so it can also be used as a frying dish. The pouring rim on the lid and braiser makes it easier to drain stock and meat juice. Whether you are gratinating, steaming, frying, or stewing – as the name suggests, the multi-braiser is good for everything.
