Chair looks good and the fabric is lovely. The operation of the chair's functions isn't that good, though. The massage functions are on a pretty clear and detailed hand-held remote. However, the reclining/raising functions are managed from buttons on the side of the chair, under the right-hand armrest. What a wonderful chair. For the price, I was not expecting something of such quality. It does come with simple instructions and the parts (screws etc) are all clearly labelled. Whilst it looked daunting at first, laying all the parts out made it easier to put together. The fabric is easily wiped. The head pillow is ok but Im not sure it is something I will use.
