Beautiful thick rugs but I was appalled at the packaging it was not wrapped in plastic and the bag they delivered was open upon speaking to the delivery driver it was like that when they got it 45 pound for a rug that was not packaged properly was disgusting. Securely rolled packed on a cardboard pole this protects it while in transit and makes it lay flat once unpacked.
