Delighted with this steam mop. It is exactly what I wanted. The only small thing I would change us the length if the power cord. It is not as long as it could be and maybe some thing like a hook system to wrap the power cord around for storage. Otherwise the floors are clean and hygienic. Very happy.. Anonymous. I would have given a five star but mop is a bit too heavy for me, that being said, I had amazing help from head office from a chap called Oliver. So I decided on this model because of the hand held feature. I also bought my daughter the same mop for her birthday and she would give a 5. I was so shocked by the amount of dirt was on the mop head, no streaks and it drys so fast. I have used it as a had held to clean around my loos. In fact I did whole house and apart from weight , can’t fault it.. Fiona63. Camelford, Cornwall. Fri Aug 28 2026

My only regret is not buying the Hydrovac before now. I’ll never get back those months/years hoovering and then steaming my tiled ground floor. This cleaner takes hours off my housework and is a joy to use. It’s a smart, compact little machine that couldn’t be easier to operate and the results are amazing. My tiled floor has NEVER looked so good with so little effort. It is easy to quickly clean and empty after use. Occasionally I’ll run a self clean mode but it’s really just as easy and more satisfying to empty the dirty water out and rinse the roller in preparation for the next time I need to use it. I now look forward to cleaning my floors where once it was the Bain of my life.. Lozz. Lincoln. Wed Aug 19 2026
