DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It arrived in a box with hundreds of pieces of cheap wood, which was not labelled, so I spent over an hour identifying them. The instructions were not clear at all, several screws were defective, multiple pieces of wood arrived split. I spent around 10 hours building three sections, I discovered essential parts for the final section were missing, so I couldn't even complete it!!!! Was told I was going to get sent the missing pieces, then told they were out of stock. Also, "Marlow Home Co" is not a real brand, it was actually VIDALXL. Complete scam, very disappointed.. Katie. The rattan has been hand woven over a light metal frame making it lightweight and easy to move around. The metal feet are strong, durable and made for leaving outdoors all year round. I contacted Wayfair because the description said that cushions weren’t included, but I couldn’t understand why there was an option to choose colour if they weren’t included. They have said it can be returned without charge if there aren’t cushions included. When the bench itself arrived, without cushions, it is just slats of untreated pine with no colour.
