With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. It’s very well made, comfortable and I’m pleased with it. To improve the backrest it could have a couple of pieces of Velcro attached to each side of the upper backrest. This would enable customers to secure it to the back of their chairchairs. It does tend to slip down without this improvement. I was a machinist and will be adding Velcro to my chair. I understand ther would be added costs, but it would be worth it. Also, it would be nice in a dark wine coloured faux velvet. That would match my seat cushion.
