The click-clack mechanism is smooth and straightforward — no faffing about trying to wrestle it into position. One minute it’s a tidy sofa, next minute it’s a proper bed ready for guests. Ideal for those “oh… you’re staying over?” moments. Comfort-wise, it punches above its weight. The high-density foam gives it decent support whether you’re sat watching telly or stretched out for the night. The adjustable back is a nice touch too — handy for finding that sweet spot when you just want to kick back. The day before I received notice of the time for the 3 hour slot. On the day I was contacted by the driver to say he would be there in half an hour and he was. We paid to have it delivered to a room and all that happened as expected. My husband unpacked it and it was assembled within half an hour. I was nervous because I had never bought from Wayfair before. I bought the chaise because I have sciatica and I need to lay flat to relieve the pain. I was a bit concerned that this chaise was much cheaper than many others and that it might be a bit fragile or the fabric might be an odd colour but honestly it is really stable, it looks really good and the seat is supportive yet comfy.
