Lovely item, however quality at the bottom of the “wood” was mouldy, rotten and full of spider webs. The wood was dark from the water or mould damage and not as pictured.. Hannah. Manchester. Fri Jun 12 2026

I had a wonderful trip to Orkney where I collected some sand and shells on the beautiful beaches. I wanted something special to display them in. I wanted a rustic looking wood and also a shape that reflected the sea. So when I saw this item I thought it was perfect. Beautiful wood, shaped like a boat, perfect size and it looks perfect on my sideboard. Thank you.. Scott. Edinburgh, GB. Sun May 09 2021

I ordered one of these as a present back in January and the colours were stunning-bright red, grey and gold. I wanted to treat myself recently so ordered exactly the same one for myself and was very disappointed when it arrived. The bright red was in fact pink, so the overall effect was far less stunning. So I started a return and was amazed to see that even though the product did not meet the description online I had to pay £6.99 to return the item by DHL. The nearest DHL drop-off is 5 miles away from here. I would have kept the product had the colours being right but through no fault of my own I have had to incur this cost to return the bowl to Wayfair. I can’t find anywhere online where I can contact the head office so I’m having to write this negative review here. It doesn’t seem fair that if the product does not meet the specification online that the customer has to pay the postage cost and the whole returns procedure is very difficult by only having DHL as the carrier.. It sits quite happily in its appointed place and looks forward to visits from the turquoise pigeon. Strange colour, the pigeon, that is, but they seem to get on. The dish is also lavishly adorned in beautiful colours and was quite affordable, and a weighty piece, which I appreciate. Strongly recommended.. Norman. Sheffield, GB. Fri Mar 10 2023
