We had one and it cracked all on its own. Wayfair sent a replacement and now the same has happened with this one. They very kindly offered a refund but twice now our plants, soil, sand etc have been covered in glass so we lost the money for all of those and they had to be thrown away. TWICE. Whilst Wayfair have given a refund they will not offer compensation for the loss of soil, plants, sand, stones etc.. Anonymous. Sun Mar 09 2025

All the parts are solid and I expect this will last longer than many similar animal enclosures I’ve had. PawHit will be my go-to brand in the future.. Chrissie. Cambridge. Tue Sep 22 2026
