I was able to choose the delivery date which was convenient. I received a confirmation email followed by a reminder before the delivery date. The day before I received notice of the time for the 3 hour slot. On the day I was contacted by the driver to say he would be there in half an hour and he was. We paid to have it delivered to a room and all that happened as expected. My husband unpacked it and it was assembled within half an hour. I was nervous because I had never bought from Wayfair before. I bought the chaise because I have sciatica and I need to lay flat to relieve the pain. I was a bit concerned that this chaise was much cheaper than many others and that it might be a bit fragile or the fabric might be an odd colour but honestly it is really stable, it looks really good and the seat is supportive yet comfy. Extremely comfortable sofa! Perfect for the space i ordered it for, only issue we have is because its bulky its difficult to get through doorways, we couldn't manoeuvre into one room as it wouldn't angle, so would be helpful if it could come in parts, and the cushions can be hard to get into a comfortable arrangement, but once sorted its really comfy to curl up in, the perfect film watching sofa! I'm Isle of Man based so had to use a shipping company, but delivery was very smooth process, i had to contact customer service once and they were beyond helpful, would definitely recommend and shop here again for furniture!.
