I'll give them 5 stars because they are good quality for the price and I appreciate the attempt at innovation. But after using these I feel strongly that non-stick pans should be used for non-stick things and non-coated for non-coated things. This really is a not-ideal version of each, but they certainly work and are good quality. For people that don't understand what different surfaces excel at, these probably will be a fine choice for everything.. Anthony. Fort Lauderdale, FL. Wed Feb 23 2022
