Fast shipping. Building does take time. I’m a contractor and it took me 7 hour to complete alone. The directions were straight forward. It would be a challenge for someone who isn’t mechanically inclined. Furthermore, having your own tools cuts down the installation time, but having the required tools is pretty deep if you’re just a homeowner. I recommend this set. Once completed it looks great. It is made from high-grade, FSC-approved, Northern European pine shiplap boards over sturdy 34mm framing. The joinery made opening windows and glazed doors are all mortice and tenon jointed so are storm resistant. The Pixie complies with BS EN 71 the safety standard and carries the CE mark so features acrylic glazing and a full-length hinge. The playhouse is finished in a honey brown base coat treatment ready for painting or staining after installation. The painted model shown is for illustration only. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base that is flat and level to a sufficient size. One thing that isn't clear in the photos or description is that there are not trays in each of the 5 water levels. They are actually soft plastic/ polythene liners that are screwed in to place.
