Delivery was on time and driver was very helpful. It came with glass rather than the polycarbonate in the description.Checked everything was there and set on assembling it for about 4 hours until dark. Put the roof on and doors and windows in the following morning. Roof was awkward because it was blowing a gale and I was doing it single handed. I used thin panel pins on the window trims instead of the nails provided to avoid cracking the glass which wouldn’t have been an issue with polycarbonate. The Dillon 540 is a spacoius 34mm walled garage. Dillon has got a single door for easy movement. Extra light will be provided by opening window. Single door and window can be installed either on the left or right wall. There is no floors in our garages. Designed to inspire children's imaginations, the Little Lodge Playhouse is an ideal first playhouse.

This is a fantastic little playhouse which actually ended up being bigger than we had originally thought, hard to visualise from the photos. It only took an hour to build with all included parts and instruction book very easy to follow.
