The prints are mounted on panels of MDF (category E1) of varying dimensions. The print is applied to the panel using a sealing film in a hot press and then (brush) painted with a transparent gel which gives depth to the colors and protects the surface. Panels are guaranteed for interiors and are light proof. All MDF panels are made with copyrighted prints that East Urban Home regularly purchase from publishers in the following countries: Germany, France, Holland, Spain, USA, England and Italy. Most of the products are made-to-order, not all the catalogue is already in stock. All the production process is done in Italy by professional craftsmen. Any imperfection or difference in size is due to, and a guarantee of, hand craftsmanship.

The lady with a red hat is reminiscent of a famous style icon from the 50s, a time of cocktail dresses and pleated skirts, which were complemented with a large hat that sat cheekily on the head, gloves, and pointed shoes. The most classic and at the same time most revolutionary outfit of the 50s fashion was finished. The figurine is made of poly, and she wears this trendy fashion accessory in striking red on her head. As a gift for a good friend, mother or simply to make yourself happy, this lady with a red hat is a great gift that exudes a little glamour of the 50s.

The bronze Lady with Lamp is a replica of the Chanxin Palace Lamp excavated from the tomb of Lady Dou Wan in 1968. The bronze figure from the 2nd century BC Han dynasty is of a maidservant holding up an oil-lamp. Not only was the palace maid beautifully sculptured, the lamp and its cover were cleverly designed so that the direction of its rays were adjustable.

This is gorgeous! So much nicer than I thought it would be … the ladies are built up in a 3D affect whereas I thought they were just stickers on it - can fit 4 large brollys nicely in it and it’s fairly tall so sturdy too. Very happy with my purchase.. Carolyn. Verwood, . Sat Dec 02 2023

Miriam. Deutschland.
